Comments: the econami decoder was fitted Feb 2018. The lights on the previous decoder didnt work. The existing lights were functional but not fitted with resistors. 1K resistors were fitted. In diagnosing the issues the beck up light circuit on the new decoder was burnt out. So the following was done in order to generate the back up light through FX3 circuit. FX3 to become rear light we changed CV58 to 60 (62 works as well), CV57 (front light control) was changed to 57 from default of 61. We set CV31 to 16, CV32 to 1 then CV259 to 0 (FX3 becomes back up light), and CV258 to 24 ( back up goes to F24). Prime mover was set to CV123 equals 3 (FDL16)
