Problem Description:

Needs to be fitted with quick decoder from 3001. Has proper switcher engine noise

Solution Description/Service Details:

Put the soundtrax decoder from 3001 of a switcher into 23. Note that Headlights circuits were non functional so I have wired both headlights into the track power which means they are on all the time
