Detailed Description (What):
Covers the sub-projects related to the north side of the short line.
The sub-projects are:
Mine and mountain top
Oil Load out
Ghost/Company town
Tehachapi Transition-Cattle-liftout
Original Planning committee commit was desert with mining.
Subsequent asks were:
Crude Oil load out
Ghost town
radio antenna
Cattle ranch
The broad scenic look is a transition from the right to the left from logging and forest, to Tehachapi style grass covered mountains with oak trees transitioning to a mojave desert style with Joshua Trees and Mexican Fan Palms. See attached images for look.
Reason(s) (Why):
Provide a geographically distinct look to make the short line appear bigger and broaden the scenery styles.
