• The consumption of alcoholic beverages in the clubhouse is not permitted during special events, i.e. Strawberry Festival, County Fair, International Rail Fair , etc. or any other event where visitors may be present.

• Any item donated to the club becomes the property of the club at the time of the donation unless otherwise stated at the time of the donation.

• It is recommended that all personal property, including locomotives and rolling stock, be taken with you when leaving the club.  if you choose to leave personal property behind, you do so at your own risk and the club is not responsible for such.

• If you do leave locomotives or rolling stock at the clubhouse , it may be subject to being used by other members of the club.  All rolling stock left should be marked by your individual marking as assigned by the club.

Layout Operation Fines

• $1 fine for leaving food or drink on the layout.
• $1 fine for cell phones that ring during a business meeting
• Certain incidents on the layout can cause a fine
• Leaving a mainline switch in the diverging position (red) when leaving the area is a $1 fine
• Running into the rear end of another train ahead of you is a $1 fine
• A head on Collision is a $5 fine.
