Problem Description:
wheels need cleaning a lot – new wheels?? Also I noticed the contact area from the truck to the wheels appear very dirty.

Wheels cleaned. Need to monitor. Replaced wheel set gears. Need to monitor smoothness. Plastic gears may be catching slightly.
