Problem Description:

the dummy loco derailed through a switch. When I investigated the cause was the cheap plastic wheels that are on the trucks. New metal wheelsets are required on all 6 axles.
Considering the poor paint job I would chuck this in the bin….

John Eilers: This was an Old Rivarossi U25C that was from a club member no longer with us.
The original wheels were “Pizza Cutters” Someone replaced these with mismatched junk. I will replace them with surplus Athearn parts a zero cost upgrade.
