front truck has no power from it to the decoder

Solution Description/Service Details:

the black power leads from both left side trucks were completely burnt out. Too much power had been shoved through them. Miracle that the back truck lead despite losing its insulation had remained intact thus providing power. Replace all burnt out leads and reconnected. Yet another example of a short on the layout surging through the cheap MRC decoders
