Detailed Description (What):

isolate the double crossover on the mainline and add in the ptx board with a 1 amp limit.

Reason(s) (Why):

stops the 12 amp power burst through loco wiring in event of derailment. Avoids the Josh incident.

Notes:

need to fully isolate the crossover in both directions and then route power through the PTX board for that pievce of track
