Detailed Description (What):

There are 3 parts to this. 1. putting power to leads tracks into the turntable. 2. Fixing in place the servicing equipment for locos. 3. ballasting and filling out the open tracks that go into the turntable and weathering the turntable itself.

Reason(s) (Why):

1. It is ridiculous to have tracks leading into the turntable that are not powered.
2. It is absurd to have servicing items (sand, fuel etc) that are loose and not fixed down.
3. The area to the right of the roundhouse looks bare and unfinished and the turntable is too clean.

Notes:

Some research needs to be untaken in the correct positioning of the servicing items before they are glued in place. Some discussion will need to happen over whether to just power the lead tracks off the main lines or tie them into existing siding circuits or have dedicated circuits with LED display and switches in the roundhouse consol. I favor the second. See also the attached pdf file
