Club should purchase NWSL Steam engine repair tools.

Specifically a Quartering tool
PN-44-4 ($39.95)

Reason(s) (Why):

These tools allow the repair of locomotives with split gears and out of quarter problems. While not expensive, may not be worth it for a single modeler with 1 or 2 steam engines, but worth it for a club.

Notes:

This would specifically allow us to fix the club’s Athearn Genesis 2-8-2 with Confidence.
