Detailed Description (What):

As a corollary to the roundhouse project, the garden track area needs to be “ballasted” but what with. This is a proposal to “tarmac” the area instead of classic ballasting. Garys left over “road” can be cut up and used to provide a smooth surface in the garden track area. There is photographic evidence to suggest that this would be prototypical

Reason(s) (Why):

More prototypical to cover garden tracks with tarmac style material rather than ballast. Easier for transporting carts around for maintenance.

Notes:

Pending pictures of cinder/planks from John/Jud.
I would like input on this suggestion since we will need a consensus before proceeding.
