Obtain permission from Berry Fest and PCF to set up our pop up tent outside the north door. Use this space as needed

Reason(s) (Why):

The clubhouse becomes easily crowded during open events. We already own this pop up. No that the area has been resurfaced and is flat, it is very easy to use as additional space. This space could be used as a break area for club members, a place to eat, or even a place to put additional display or sales. We would need to get permission from the groups putting on the events.
