Detailed Description (What):
Create a Steam service area adjacent to the roundhouse which includes a Coaling tower, water, sand, oil. Also enhanced ready tracks.
To accomplish this, rebuild the Roseville yard ladder, move the Icehouse (remove Redwing milling and move down) Move the right side yard entrance tracks, rebuild the ladder with #6 peco which will extend the yard to the right. Build out left side as shown in attached pictures
Reason(s) (Why):
As part of the Round House changes, a Steam engine servicing facility is desired including coal, oil, water and Sand.
To accomplish this credibly, changes to the yard are required. This give us an opportunity to “Fix” the right side yard ladder which has been derail prone and hard to keep in gauge.

Technically split into 2 efforts. Rebuild the right side ladder first, then move Icehouse and rebuild left side. PArt of the Roundhouse umbrella project.
Moving and replacing of leads requires Club vote as it’s mainline track changes. In addition to vote on purchasing switches.
Assuming club has sufficient Code83 flex to support rebuild, project requires the following
Right side Ladder
2x Peco #8 Right hand switches
5x Peco #6 Right hand switches
1x Peco #6 Left hand switches
2x Tortoise (or peco) switch machines
Left hand ladder and service area
8x Peco #6 Right hand switches
4x Peco #6 Left hand switches
