Detailed Description (What):
Install a jmri controller on the switching layout.
Reason(s) (Why):
Improved dcc control independent of ho layout mrc system. Enables cell phone control and WAY better solution for programming dcc decoders. Adds ability to use panel pro and test new technologies on a small controlled environment before considering for main ho layout.
Notes:
Sprog on order. All that remains is RPi
