2. The Redwood Empire Division of PCR invites you to Return to the Redwoods and the beautiful Sonoma Wine Country for the Annual PCR Convention. Come learn from some of the best modelers around, tour fantastic layouts and best of all, enjoy each other’s company once again.
Return to the Redwoods will take place at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Sonoma Wine Country, One Doubletree Drive, Rohnert Park, California from April 21 – 24, 2022. The host hotel offers comfortable accommodations and is only 30 minutes from Redwood Forest, Pacific Ocean, Safari West, and 450+ wineries.
A full three-day program is planned including over 40 clinics, 20+ layout tours, contests, three excursions, several operating sessions, two-day vendor show and sale, and a member swap meet. Information on all these activities is under the tabs above. The schedule this year will be a little different than past conventions allowing for more participation and less conflicts. We will be adding information on all aspects of the convention as they are confirmed, so check back often.
JUST ANNOUNCED: The Awards Banquet on Saturday evening will feature guest speaker, Chris Palermo, At Large North America Director for NMRA and former PCR President and Meet the Board, a Q & A session with the PCR Board of Directors.
