Guys, several of us were lucky to go along to the Family event organized to celebrate the life of  our member Bob Young. The event was held in an area by the community pool of the gated community opposite the Granite Bay Golf Club. There must have been around 100 people attend. Judy, Bob’s wife hosted the event along with her 4 daughters. Some pictures can be seen below. Tribute speeches by family members and friends were extremely moving and touched on Bob’s humor and his love of family. We too were mentioned by Judy in her eulogy. Bob had been a life time lover of trains and had many in boxes kept from an early age. After retirement, Bob decided to develop his love of trains and hence built a layout and joined our group. Judy was touched that several of us wore our Club vests to the event.

We will miss him.
