The Check-In desk will be in the lobby of Jones hall. Detailed floor plans showing your layout or seller table location will be there. The buildings will be open for setup on Friday October 21 between Noon and 8 pm and on Saturday October 22 at 8 AM. Parking Passes and Show Passes will be passed out then. @ the Grounds will be sending me load-in maps for the various buildings soon.
Sellers – see the attached PDF –SWAP MEETS, FLEA MARKETS, OR SPECIAL EVENTS CERTIFICATION TO OPERATOR – I’ll have copies available at the show, but if you can print one out and have it filled out before you check in, that will save a lot of time.
If you are a seller who wants to be on our website’s seller page and hasn’t yet told me- now is the time. I’m finally getting around to getting that information to our webmaster.
Layouts and Sellers help us promote you and the show! Please send me (one or two) good quality pictures from your layout group or if you have a new product or something you’d like the public to know you’ll have at your seller table – let me know. I’d like to make a big social media push on the run up to the show.
Square Foot Diorama Challenge. If you are participating in the Diorama Challenge- you can bring your diorama Friday between noon and 8PM or Saturday morning. If you are handy with a camera and can send me pictures, I’d really like to share those on-line or with media outlets to promote the show.
Rainbow Girls Friday night dinner, they only have about half of the reservations they need to make this happen and about a week before they need to make a go/no-go decision:
As is tradition for IRF, the Roseville Chapter of the Rainbow Girls will be running the two concession stands during the show. In addition, they usually have a Friday night dinner during setup, but this has been difficult to consistently make work financially as demand can fluctuate a lot from year to year.
This year Friday night dinner is by reservation only.
The Rainbow Girls are offering a $15 spaghetti dinner between 5:30 6:30, Friday night. Send reservations to email@example.com – please include the name for each reservation. They need 25 reservations to make it cost effective for them.
